- The ownership group that controls the land around the Four Seasons Orlando, within the gates of Disney's Golden Oak neighborhood, has announced plans to utilize the multi-family zoning. Love the idea of a condo or villa at the Four Seasons
Polk county schools are so much fun! My daughter has an agriculture class! Complete with chicken raising and a greenhouse for cultivating! As a former northerner, we never would have had chicken encounters in the 8th grade.
Please keep us updated! Looking forward to hearing about the condo/villa idea…although, I doubt it’s much cheaper than the smaller house. My bet is they start at $4 mill…

When you mentioned perhaps doing an update to the jobs video from 2 years ago, you really could include all those fully remote jobs since those could be done anywhere and a lot of folks have relocated to Orlando enabled by remote work. Or, you could do two - one local/on-site Orlando jobs and then a top remote positions.
When we were down there the first week of December, we only went to one Disney park. Magic Kingdom. We went to universal one day and sea world another day. Actually had a better time in SW and Universal vs MK.
Love Raglan Road.. Try to go at least once every 6 months. I am an annual Disney Passholder.. Go to Orlando once a month

Hey Ken…I’m curious what your advice might be for my situation. My wife and I have a place in Davenport and we were considering moving to a 55 plus…but I don’t turn 55 until next July. If we want new construction in something like Dell Webb Oasis…I’m assuming a new build would take about 7-8 months…so if we need to sell our current residence to purchase the new build…how do we go about doing that? I’ve never bought new construction before, so was wondering how they qualify you if you won’t be selling current home for 7 months? What type of deposit do they require usually to start the build? I’m just wondering if we are better off waiting until next July and seeing if there’s a resale in there vs taking advantage of incentives and getting exactly what we want.

Kiddie corner is more apartments. Not sure what’s next to the apartments that are currently there. Land zoned agricultural (hence the cows) but I’ll keep an eye out!

What are your thoughts on Oakland Park area?
I’m a big fan. It has old world charm with mature trees, mixed with new construction, and the proximity to downtown Winter garden is fantastic.
Depends on the size of the condos. 1.5 opens many choices. You need to provide more info. I asked about Evermore and never got any contact from anyone in your group.
There’s no sales info on evermore yet. They may not even sell them now. Sounds like the tactic may be the developer builds/rent them themselves. Which is different than what they originally said.
The size of the four seasons places haven’t been announced either. Or I would’ve mentioned it.

No more homes. They do have a mix of townhomes and villas coming. 40 in total. Site work starts next month.
