Eine sehr tolle Strecke besser ausgeschildert als blind durch die Gegend zu fahren man müsste jetzt das Lied nur von Kraftwerk hinzufügen in dem Titel heißt es wir fahren auf der Autobahn und das beschreibt die Ausbesserung der Autobahn jetzt
One thing I noticed: The arrows are the ISO 7001 style arrows, not the regular ones used on the blue Autobahn signs. The ISO arrows are only used on the yellow and white direction signs in Germany, and on some regulatory signs, but not on the blue Autobahn direction signs. Is this a particular thing in the Saarland, or just in Saarbrücken?
This is pretty uncommon in Germany, but there might be a few other cases in urban areas. I can't think of any others of the top off my head though, maybe others can comment on it.
... there is a funny rivalery between the Saarland and neighboring Palatina. There are jokes and things... Does anybody know which german highway sign invites to immediately turn around on the highway (which is normally forbidden)?
There is a gap in A45. The Rahmede Bridge near Lüdenscheid is closed forever due to its poor condition. I won't be driving that route anytime soon. It's also not really that spectacular, the scenery is now invisible due to overgrown bush along the Autobahn.
@@EuropeanRoads it’s a great Motorway 👍🏻. The Sauerlandlinie is very wonderful. The begin of the A45 is very boring👍🏻. The part from Gießen to Dortmund is great. Maybe you can drive from Gießen to Meinerzhagen. This is the best part of the A45.
