While in Germany in 1969 my high school choir was part of an international choir festival in Freiburg. Our group consisted of people from France, Germany, Switzerland, and us, the kids from the United States. Our Wednesday morning sight read warmup piece was this Bach tune. What a beautiful tribute and prayer to our Lord and Savior. I have performed this work, solo, many times over the years. I have performed it in multiple churches, and at my daughter’s wedding in 2016. I always perform it in the original German. Well done, Herr Bach! SDG

One question, does each key row of the organ have a different sound, from what I have seen in the video that when you play on the second row of keys, it sounds different from the first row of keys.
