The problems I have with all of these docks is power. Try plugging something in to all the ports USBA/C etc and see if you get any power issues (Not being able to provide ample power)
Going to follow up on this with a video test!
Wow, a dock that finally doesn’t put the host port on the front! Might have to check this one out

Any dock that requires DisplayLink is pointless.
