    Wide angle forward bend is a very flexible pose, they do it so well with their body fully on the floor.

    Hello, I need some advice, I started yoga 1 year ago but I still do not know how to organize my practice, because I want to work the backstrech and hanumasana (I did the 180º) and at the same time I want the opening of the pelvis and the postures of the inversion .. what do you recommend? what to do .. How to organize myself to achieve my goals? When you started yoga, what did you focus on? Me at previous month I worked only the hanumasana and uttasana and a little the back .. But no pelvis not the inversion :( because it is too much.
