so much energy in that video - you must have had a quatruple espresso shot before filming! :) I have an interview coming up, I downloaded the 50 answers already - very useful. I feel like it´s easier to prepare and relate combining it with a story from your past. Easier to tell than learning answers itself.

An employer asked me to describe a time that I had to stand up for myself. I informed them that I take part in focus meetings every month where we share ideas & discuss issues..I hope that was a good response 🤔

i dont know, but does really work the method of your first answer? When the employer ask for you "tell me about yourself", for what i know, it is waiting for a answer as your last experiences and if you have education. In the case of video, you say about yours skills. Are not you escaping the objective?

thing is, these well scripted answers, saying everything the interviewer wants to hear is spotted instantly by the employer and it doesnt pass you off as genuine at all.
Youre supposed to take his answers, make notes, and find ways to turn it into your own words that fit you as an individual. This helps you prepare for difficult questions you might not otherwise be thinking about, and sounding more confident in your answers.
What makes you say that?
You’re supposed to personalize his advice to how it applies to you.
His content has made me think of things to say that apply to me I never even thought of on my own.
I wouldn’t dare actually say things to an interviewer verbatim per this gentleman’s content lol. Gotta put your own spin on it.
And make sure you speak with a British accent
