Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition - Barbarossa Campaign "Holy Roman Emperor" | Hard Playthrough

This is my playthrough of the first mission from the Barbarossa campaign in Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition. I'll be placing time stamps for each part of the scenario in the comments section for those looking for a specific part. Enjoy!
Barbarossa mission 1 brings back so much nostalgia for me. It's one of the first missions I ever completed in the original Age of Empires 2 when I was little, and to this day I enjoy the mission. Going aggressive at the beginning makes this mission a lot easier, I recommend taking Burgundy out first although Lorraine is also a viable option. Stay tuned for the rest of my Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition Hard Playthrough!
The Barbarossa campaign has some very interesting scenarios, they don't play in the same way as most other campaigns in my opinion. Overall I quite enjoy it though.

ShadowCrystallux!!!!! First campaign of the Barbarosa!
This was awesome. Surrounded by enemies. I did the alternate route of conquering all the enemies. You get an Steam achievement for that - Furor Teutonicus.
I played this twice. First time, i just walled myself and built up my eco and then took out one enemy at a time with 40 Crowssbowmen, 15 Teutonic Knights and Trebs. Taking out so many enemies one at a time was fun!
Second time, i tried to take out some enemies at the start. For that send your scout to the east and u will find the Cumans - Give them 200 gold and u get some 7-8 Elite Kipchaks and Seige Onagers. Use that army to take out - Cyan and Blue. Use your starting army - Knights, Swordsmen, Mangonel and Monks to take out - Purple.
So 3 enemies gone in 10 mins. Rest is boom and win as usual.
Fun start to Barbarosa. Are you planning a 2021 series for Barbarosa?

I'm not certain in regards to which, if any campaigns I'll be prioritising for a bit of a replay, but I definitely enjoyed the Barbarossa campaign 😊 and I might have to consider it to get the achievement!

I don't really think the new voice for Henry the Lion is an improvement. I liked the old one better. This voice sounds more like Govenor Gessler.
