I had all those problems but when I gave up alcohol 10 years ago they all went away. Everything you have said here is 100 percent correct.
ive never had psoriasis, but i am a heavy drinker. Just this past week after a night of heavy drinking I got one psoriasis sore, a week later after a friends wedding and even more drinking, the sores multiplied. For me there is definitely a correlation, Im going 30 days sober and expect to see it completely clear up. Disease and sickness is a way of god speaking to you and telling you something is wrong, i need to stop drinking and drinking so much. Good luck to everyone. Btw im a 31yo male in great health, exercise and train everyday, do martial arts and very religious, with all that I used to justify my shitty behavior like drinking too much.

Over drinking alcohol has dried my skin and keeps me with dark eye circles. I get a flaky irritant eczema Type look around my mouth and it takes days to go away. Now it got so bad I had to stop. I have good skin so I had to stop.

I had nothing in 2 years.
Used to drink at my worse. A case of beer a week or 2 box of wine a week. All day, every waking minute i needed a buzz going.
How did i stop, rehab, but mostly when my 3 inlaws moved out. I had no more yapping all day , night, in tge house, its quiet, calm to my brain, dont need anything now.

4:08 I break out in hives. If I drink a lot my whole upper body breaks out in hives. And it’s extremely itching and painful. Always a good limiter for me. I’m currently giving it up though

What happens if I drink occasionally?, I mean once a month or even every 2 or 3 months (one bottle of wine each time)...
