Eminem is fully a 2000s artist. The fact he’s been relevant for 24 years is crazy, he lost some relevancy between 2017-2020 but for the most part he’s been the most relevant artists for 3 decades

Believe me, NO ONE is listening to your favorite rap artist in the rock & metal world for instance. You won’t see a Slipknot fan, a Tool fan or a System Of A Down fan bumping Sexxy Red or Drake - generally anyway. You will however, see them bumping Eminem (along with the likes of Wu-Tang, DMX, Kendrick, Outkast, etc.) So stop with the nonsense. 😂 Just because Em isn’t listened to in your circle or in your hood doesn’t mean you can discredit the magnitude of his relevancy, 25 year later. He’s still THE biggest rap selling artist of all time. So as long that’s case - even if he doesn’t release another song or an album, ever again; he’ll always be relevant. Not just relevant: timeless. Also, if he announces a tour tomorrow, believe you me - those tickets are selling out in minutes.. and that’s not an opinion, it’s fact.

7.85M streams would mean 7.85M unique streams i would assume since they would otherwise specify "X amount of total streams" which is really just how many times the song has been played in total
Em is at a point where he doesnt always make money nor does he always care to, he releases music on youtube now because MCs like Em would rather the poor kids who cant afford an album still be able to hear their music
Basically Em makes so much money from his music that he never really had to care about making money, he just knows that he makes what he likes and the money comes with it so in a position like that money becomes really a second-hand issue
