This no-knead focaccia bread recipe is perfect for busy people. It’s very simple to make. You can put olives, onions, or garlic on top, or you don’t have to put anything. This focaccia is crispy on the outside while fluffy on the inside. I topped it with my famous garlic confit, rosemary, some tomatoes, and cheese. You will be surprised at how incredibly easy it is to make this fluffy and crispy focaccia.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp yeast
2 cups flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
6 garlic cloves
Rosemary
Cherry tomatoes
Cheddar cheese
Pepper
