thing I forgot to explain, 3:20 When selecting your sequence of images, make sure to click Load as sequence in bitmap window, that will generate an IFL file
thank you making this, i have a scene that needed it but, i didint know how to do that, and thanks for mentioning the camtack app, i will try it out
Thanks for your work man, this is great stuff!!
Thank you! Very cool!
Wendew Wam 🤣🤣🤣
Great tutorial, as always. 😊
thx legend
nice!
thanks! ;-)
It would be great to have some movie showing transfer from CamTrackAR to Max ! What is imported to max as fbx - some helpers or points ?
Oh much simplier, a camera! And you can define like helper/plane points. For example in the app you place a helper plane on the floor and a wall, and in fbx you get a camera and 2 planes
Wow this is actually so clever and easy to do A+++++++++++++
Someone know for analog android cam track?
"IFL" stands for "Image File List". Very old format, existing ever since the DOS 3ds versions :)
I wouldn't say it's SUPER realistic, as a real tree is three-dimensional, and the shadows from near and far branches differ in the degree of blurring. I think that using one plane of leaves is a very cheap (in a bad way) technique
I should add, I don't mean anything bad bro, but I expected you to be as meticulous as you usually are in your videos, like with the double reflection in the mirror or the translucence of the leaves
Everyone has some basic technique, but you get to the bottom of it, go even deeper... Usually
Thanks Johnniie! True that things can always be more realistic :)
Thanks for support and I appreciate your honesty!
@@JohnniieKortezalso now that I think about it.. if you record let's say 3 cheap branches swinging, combine them in after effects where you blur second and third branch more and more, you could simulate that depth pretty nicely
