Big banking news for Welshpool

Christmas could come early for Welshpool banking customers who have been left without a single high street branch in the town.

About time too! Twice this year I travelled to Welshpool for a haircut (a round trip of 10 miles each time) The barber only takes cash so I returned home without a haircut as none of the ATMs had any cash!
Talking about saving business's in the town. I was only glad to have parked in the supermarket car park and not paid the ludicrous £2.50 minimum charge in the town's car parks which would have increased the cost of my haircut by 25%!
Time to wake up and smell the coffee before all we have is charity shops.
