Banking is back in Welshpool

The mass exodus of the big banks from Welshpool delivered a massive blow to the town, but this week saw the return of banking services to the town centre.
Welshpool officially opened one of the first Banking Hubs in Wales and we spoke to all of the main players to find out what it is all about with the big issues of disabled access and an ATM also addressed.
Is it a poor second best for rural towns, or is this the dynamic future of high street banking?`
