If you didn't see my post. The side of the brush roll is bent. The "minor cosmetic damage" on the listing is a little more than minor. There is a huge hole in the side of the box. And the brush roll end cap is bent and the brush is rubbing on the plastic and causing a strange smell. There was also a screw inside the vacuum. Just sitting lose in the body of the machine.

I cant get the head to snap on to the ball is there any reason for that other then im just doing it wrong

Push a little harder. It's pretty tough to get on.
