step one check for bellows leaks, step two run a regen verify doc is good(also turns any soot to ash so it doesnt have to be baked), step three remove the doc dpf, step four check the dpf on the vacuum tester, step five clean the dpf, step six if dpf fails the vaccum test then it needs replaced or cooked customers the boss, step seven reassemble the system replacing any failed parts, step eight reset the ecm data so it can operate correctly, doc will not fail with fuel, if it is face plugged you have a engine problem that needs fixed, no need to clean a doc unless you have engine codes for face plugging it isnt a filter. i have done hundreds if not thousands of aftertreatment cleanings, and very few need baked, if your keeping customers trucks for 24 hours everytime you might want to get some training from the fx cleaning system. when we first installed ours it never shut off the first 90 days, first 30 made 100k at 300.00 per dpf cleaning plus all the parts and labor to remove and reinstall, and for time sake get a ingersol rand hammer head impact. and if you really like your customers stop idling trucks and install a apu. if you remove the bottom bracket you left on will make your life much easier.
Thank you for all your videos. They are very helpful but I would like to message you for some questions on my 20 model Kenworth T6 80. Do you have time to talk?
