Old Calabasas is an area that is built with an old-timey feel. They have a fabulous farmer's market there on Saturdays and you can hang out and have a Margarita at the old Sagebrush Cafe.
The Commons in Calabasas is a Rick Caruso-owned outdoor shopping area where you might catch a glimpse of celebrities if you're lucky. Don't count on it but it's a nice place to have a bite to eat in an outdoor cafe, see a movie or watch the turtles in the pond.
