Awesome video my brother… can you please explain what you mean by major end minor and how they affect the fish bite… Thank You for the videos I really enjoy watching and learning…
Thanks! Major and minor feeding times are taken from solunar tables. Basically, the phases of the moon and how much light the moon emits into the water. For example, a full moon with a clear sky makes the fish feed all night, the the major feeding period would be mid day. If it’s cloudy or the moon is waxing or waning, they won’t feed all night and the major will line up with dawn. Download the fish angler app and you’ll see the fish forecast. The big ones are majors and the small ones are minors.
@@Tmfndlb Thank You so much for replying and also for explaining it so clearly… I hope you have a blessed and prosperous new year and keep your lines tight my brother… I will definitely keep watching…
Those reds have such beautiful golden coloration. Great catches, and great explanation. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks. They put up a heck of a fight too!
Nice! Yup, you can catch them year round but you need to know when to hit the water & when they are ready to eat.. Great video!
Yes sir. I’m new to the area and learning, but it seems that way. Loving it so far.
That looked like a lot of fun buddy!
It is! I love figuring out patterns
