For long term subscriber Heather Hope, I can do that! There's also manual arbitrage where you try to buy and sell from different exchanges to take advantage of the price difference on a single coin. For a simple example, look at the Kucoin BTC/Stablecoin trading pairs. You'll see a different price for BTC/USDT, BTC/UST, BTC/BUSD, BTC/USDC. If the price difference is greater than the trading fee, you'll make a profit.

I heard about doing the arbitrage between different exchanges but wasn't always sure if it would be worth it because from all the fees you could potentially get from moving it to wallets/exchanges. I have to praise Dan, literally the first guy that I see openly admitting his losses, instead of boasting about alleged profits. The last part about USDT and USDC not being backed up by actualy fiat is also something, that I've had in my mind for quite some time, and I've also started avoiding these. Also, pointing out the low APR of these strats is also refreshing among the thousands of finfluencers shilling 10x, 20x, 30x "strats", that are nothing more than gambles.

So if the price goes up, the coin Ur invested in makes money
If the coin goes down, your short position comes in, and you still have the coin (which is now worth a bit less)
You cover the spread.., and this generates a return.. based on... Stupidly high prices for coin futures?

i know this is a really late comment but for total profits, for example the BTC/USDT bot was 8.7 , was this profit since the beginning of setting up the bot or profit for a specific time frame, like the 8 hours you mentioned?

somthing you should point out is that the information on your version of the bot is only for people outside the US. sadly the US version of the app doesn't have the earn or the ability to use Crypto Arbitrage. great info though much thanks on the information.

Yes the bot deleverages.
In moderate mode, no because there is no leverage. With Aggressive there is a chance in extreme volatility because it is uses leverage

The app reviews all mention not being able to withdraw and Pionex asking for .09 ETH in order to withdraw (which has to be a minimum of $100 USD) can you confirm .. seems super sketchy

With moderate mode, no risk. Your betting on the coin price to go up and down at the same time while making money on the interest paid from the funding fee for the short position. It's less risky because you don't have to depend on the coin price to go up or down since you get to play both sides.

I think he meant 1 moderate bot, you can use other bots and not put them as "moderate"

Dan, I don't know what are showing on people, but mine Arbitrage bot is only on red. Is in loses. I start to think from Poonex paying you to show us non-realistic data.
the apr are way down,dont really worth the game, stake those stable in normal pools, for minimum 12% to 20% or more, without the hassles
So there are no actual risks if I just leave my money there for the bot to run year round? Especially for the 3x leverage
So you add you money to thier platform and you do not hold your own money
Is there any case where 2x leverage arbitrage (moderate) turns into loss of capital..
I mean if the coin pumps in value or if the price dumps how does it protect the capital.
2X is aggressive mode, moderate mode doesn't use any leverage and has no risk. With aggressive mode, there is a chance for your bot to be liquidated. I'll make a follow up video with more specific videos on arbitrage in crypto.
With my experience, when coin value drops, the funding fee will be stuck to 0.0100%. But the pionex faq says there's a time that the funding fee will get negative - when that time comes, you can close the bot.

@@adamabiani1134 Hi Adam , Altcointrader & Luno are the biggest exchanges in SA .Luno is now also in the UK .South African & Japanese exchanges used to be as high as 30% compared to international markets .I know this because I started doing it back in 2016 .This method still works at roughly 8 to 10% a trade .They tend to be even higher when there's volatility in the market .The only issue now is that South African Foreign Exchange laws limit the amount of money that you can abroad to around $60 000 a year but there are still ways around this . There are many , many articles on this topic online

By the way didnt find that intrsting as staking coin now a days gives 60% APR easily ....
100% advertising. APR calculated on 15 days cannot be used to infer it on 365 as a single point estimation (e.g. 35% APR). It should be a range and given it is only calculated on 15 days, this range is going to be very large...

Profit reinvesting is rubbish. You don't get anything out if market goes down.
Pionex for US citizens is pretty lame, no arbitrage option.....at all.
