Great video my guy, you have just gained yourself a new subscriber. I did not agree with some of your points and I hope to discuss them with you some day.
Big up yourself for making this content bro, I like this kind of thing, it's different to what I normally watch.. But honestly, in my humble opinion, it's a joke that I didn't hear Maglera or 25k mentioned even once in this video fam...dude is lyrically elite...bro Maglera's got verses that Priddy can't see...he bodied him on Rap Relay too, and that's facts... 25k's style is too distinct and so dope that you can't deny him...not a even a bit of 'Americanisation' in either of those guys' music bru... I'd actually argue that those two are the only ones keeping this shit alive in the country...look at Maglera's features bro, more often than not he's killing the artist who featured him on their own shit, like Priddy on Rap Relay... Also the ending of the video was a bit of a let down...at least make it end with a hint to a Part 2 or something, even if you never even make a Part 2...don't just outright say "fuck this, I'm tired, we're done here" 😂😂😂 This is intended as constructive criticism brother, don't stop making videos, this channel will be huge just keep posting All the best.
Thanks for your comment bro, I really appreciate it. I understand where you are coming from and unfortunately I couldn't focus on everyone in the mainstream to talk about, I only focused on those ones that even a fan of a different genre would recognize. And I will admit that Maglera and 25K are very dope artist and make very dope music however in my opinion they have had little impact on the hip hop scene either than being popular themselves. To measure impact I used Cash Time to indicate how people wanted to dress like them, I used Roll Up by Emtee to indicate how people wanted to dance like him, and I used Cassper to indicate how people want ponytails all of a sudden. In my opinion, hip hop during the 2015 -2018 era got big as it did because of the impact a song would make when it dropped, whether that impact in fashion, or pop culture like how Ngud by Kwesta did. Maglera and 25K are dope musically and I can't deny that, but they are yet to have the same impact as the rappers I mentioned. Sorry for the essay dawg, but I appreciate your comment, I am huge fan of constructive criticism, keep it coming 👌🔥🔥🔥
