There are 2 fuses that are responsible for the iShift gear selector. It’s F68 and F19. If I remember correctly, 19 is fuse 10 and 68 is 30. Check those two. I had this issue and even though my fuses weren’t blown, the truck still didn’t start. I replaced both fuses just to see if it would help, it didn’t at first, but the I left the ignition on for few seconds and saw that it went to neutral on its own. Hopefully it’ll help
If you shut off the truck in "D" or "R" and lost all air from your tanks(long loading/unloading) you won't be able to start the truck. Two stars on display and message about "neutral not secured".One. and only thing you can do is- to fill air tanks under your seat.Unscrew drain valve from middle air tank, put adapter and pump the air to 100psi.Maybe you should do it twice 0 to 100 back to 0 and again to100.
