I hope you get around to reading this...I grew up in poverty as well. Had challenges, everyone around me did. What saved me was having mentors and a open heart. They poured into me and I listened to everything they had to tell me. Made me feel like I was worth something...Remember this love, what happened to you and girls similar to you is and was by design. Never forget that. The bigger picture is forces outside our community tried to divide us a long time ago. With that being said, you have to take the good with the bad and fight for the life you want. Life gets better. I am a living example. I no longer have to live in the hood or ever visit because I over came that chapter in my life. So can you! You can be the architect of your own life. You just have to create it. The first step is knowing something isn't right. Just keep going. Peace and blessings to you. @@nieceywatson8822

Dear Marcus, unless you are a doctor or psychiatrist or plans to circle back with these people after the unstable mental state you leave them after pressing them about the violation questions. YOU DON'T JUST INTERROGATE PEOPLE LIKE THAT, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE WHO CLEARLY HAVE NO GUIDANCE, YOU COULD BE A REASON SHE PICKS UP A PIPE FOR THE FIRST TIME.
At least, put some empathy in your tone. You sound way to eager, hungry for information, and rushed being so inconsiderate about the feelings victims are in. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT STATE OF MIND YOU LEAVE THEM IN AFTER YOU OPEN UP AN UNHEALED WOUND. Absolutely zero compassion for sensitive topics at times. Leave that topic alone! Its not about this channel, its about the state of mind you leave them, ONCE YOU WALK OFF.

@TeresaBoydMatthew yes ma’am. The pretty sista with the younger sister who was obsessed over lashes. I have a reasonable retentive memory. I will say that you’re absolutely correct. He left her vulnerable and she let him know.
Sometimes I wonder how so many of us became so “views” and “likes”- oriented. We once lived in a world where black men, offered guidance, support, love and mentorship. Now, every man for themselves. Soulless, conscious-less. We are the only races of people where our community of men will turn the other cheek as a collective. This is not an individual concern, nor a Marcus Matter, it’s much bigger than that, however, an epidemic that needs coverage.
Can someone record and capture this epidemic in real-time?
Marcus is doing a job that pays soooo THAT, I support but there are appropriate ways to address and approach it. We have a generational curse that’s swept our community like wildfire and instead of our community of men stepping up and offering direction to potentially reverse the curse. They simply record and walk off for likes. THIS, needs to be checked and also needs more subscriptions and coverage more than most of what UA-cam prefers to promote. Oh yes. UA-cam is certainly in on this exploitation.

I hate the way yall praise bs but tear these people down when they tell their stories, its easy to look at somebody life and talk about where they messed yp and what they coulda shoulda did, but a lot of yall have stories and fuqd up stuff happened to yall or that yall have done, judge these people when youre perfect without sin and flaw yoself. I b happy when the people come in the comments after being interviewed and get on yall asses fr. Yall be doing too my talking bout somebody lying, and all that other goofy ahh shii

And the fact that he has daughters should be more of a reason why he shouldn't be asking about sexual assault to every teenage girl or adult women it just makes it even more creepy like he's trying to figure out if the outcome of his wrong doing is a turn off or liked and it's sickening that he ask those types of questions to everyone he interviews 😢😢😢😢😢
