To anyone who wants to know what the omnitrix can do apart from turn you into aliens. It gives the user mental attack resistance, it can change him into any alien to survive an event and any damage he sustains while in alien form doesn’t transfer over to his human form or any other alien but it can tire him out
In short, when the creator asked himself how powerful he wanted the watch, he just said “Yes”
Diamond head is resistance and durability
the prototype is strong as hell despite being a glitchy mess. hell its connection to primus is so strong it can function even outside the multiverse.
I'm a bit confused as to why the omnitrix didn't go into scanning mode when it was so near hawkgirl.
Some of these features…no ,the official omnitrix have it yes but this is the prototype so you can still die
I'm keen to see if Ben "accidentally" transforms into a kryptonian. And knowing the watch, it'll be the peak of its species.
Peak of the species doesn’t really mean anything when the main kryptonian and everyone knows i.e. superman. Has a meta narrative that essentially makes him god

I think a lot of people underestimate Ben because he’s just a kid but even back then he’s proven time and time again how far he’s willing to go to be a hero. Yes he could be immature but again he’s a kid given a destructive weapon and thrust into saving the world from evil.

Maybe but I think this comic is based on the original Ben 10 series so I don’t think those aliens would exist yet.
Ben is pretty much a mix of Shazam, Beast Boy and Blue Beetle all mixed in one.

Hell yeah Diamondhead being the goat alien, you know you can count it as canon.
Diamondhead is a good all-rounder type as far as combat goes. Resilience, defense, and ranged attack. He covers everything that could come up in a sudden fight.
And the league wonders why bat's has contingency plans for them.
Okay, I see why this had to happen to Ben while he was ten, as when he was 16 with the improved Omnitrix, he would be WAY too much for them to handle. But even now, he's trouble in a fight and with how reckless and impulsive he was as a kid. Yeah, they approached this entirely the wrong way if they wanted to keep things peaceful. Hawkgirl shouldn't have been so hands on with this like she had, she's lucky the Omnitrix didn't immediately add her species DNA to the watch grabbing it like that.
It's done that to other species in the past after all to give Ben other forms. Like if I remember correctly...that Wolf like form Ben has, the one with the supersonic scream and everyone mistook him for a werewolf at first.
Alien force Ben can basically be considered a WMD even without the ultimate aliens and alien x.
The best part is, the omnitrix isn't even a weapon but an instrument to make sure that a species does not go extinct, its like a seed bank, but for all the species in the universe
Yeah and I imagine a fight between Giganta and Way Big. A fight between Cheeta and Rath. Reverse Flash being ganged up on by Flash and Xlr8. Fight between Poison Ivy and Swampfire. Fight between Bane and Four Arms. Fight between Cat Woman and Fasttrack. Fight between Mr Freeze and Big Chill. Fight between Livewire and Feedback. Fight between Grundy and Humongosaur.

In Ben's defense he is 10 years old (or at least he seems like his 10 year old version) He is a literal child, he is not the smartest. The adults should be the ones using logic.

@@skull6984 omnitrix failsafe was shown in omniverse where Ben was about to due multiverse level time bomb, yet omnitrix caused him to rapidly shifts between his alien form to not only destroy bomb and heal his body. It also shown in flashback parts where Malware literally rips Ben out of Feedback in order to gain omnitrix for himself, yet it only destroyed his alien form and Ben only got tramatized from that incident which leads to point where he took of omnitrix for 5 years, since he was so attached to his transformations and especially feedback at that time.
So yes, failsafe protocol was not only in Ben omniverse "official" omnitrix, but in first prototype as well.

the ominitrix has a safety lock for this type of situation
Generally the omnitrix transforms ben into an alien right for that
moment
but it is not proof of failures because it has already been confirmed that the omnitrix has weaknesses such as magic or hacks
I read this comic some time ago, hearing it dubbed so well is really nice, it makes it even better!

I am really glad to be getting back into the Ben 10 fandom. Can't wait to hear more dub of this comic and how Ben handles getting jumped by the Justice League.
Honestly, this one is on the League. in any normal circumstance, if a random person touched me without my consent I would flip out. Ben here, who is a 10-year-old kid, was lifted up by the arm by a superhero while her buddies talk about "taking care of the problem". I would start knocking heads as well. Super-powered beings ganging up on a child (shaking my head in disbelief). Not a great look.
I'm looking forward to Ben fighting Hawkgirl. She was too impulsive and threatened Ben.
Vilgax knew too well what happens to people threatening Ben.

She would actually. She straight up butchered Billy Batson (Captain Marvel) in the Flashpoint movie while he and his adoptive siblings were in civilian form. People tend to forget tht Wonderwoman is a warrior first and a superhero second. If she thinks the cameras are off or beleives that there is no other options she WILL put on the Black Air Forces and take care of business.

Ben 10 is literally just a more versatile Shazam, kid gets strage ability to turn into a powerful creature from an ancient advanced and wise entity and has to prove that he's worthy of welding such power all while protecting his home world from ridiculous foreign and domestic entities.
JL has a funny way of “talking” to a 10 yr old kid. Especially when they keep being the aggressors in this situation. 🤨 where’s Batman when you need him to talk to someone with dangerous power.
oh god I forgot that Manhunter's mental powers are useless on Ben, since Ghostfreak can't posses him, while transformed. Anyway the league is absolutely holding back. The real fight would be against an Ultimate Alien Ben, cos I think that a Fight with Omniverse ben onwards is too overkill.
Tbh honest even Ben from ultimate alien force would also be an overkill because of the ultimate aliens though I could say Ben from alien force with the only 10 aliens would be stronger than the 10 year old Ben and wouldn't be considered overkill if you don't count alien x which is the 10th transformation in Omnitrix from alien force

For people like superman Ben would need something like alien X but the defence protocol in the watch will definitely draw the fight out against any of the justice league. Death battle were so wrong with Ben 10 vs green lantern because when people brought up what they said about how the omnitrix would protect Ben they had nothing to say

@@gitzart7950 what people do not understand is Superman is not just a peak kryptonian he is literally the linchpin of the DC Multiverse everything revolves around him. He cannot die permanently because of his narrative. and when push comes to shove that meta-narrative can make Superman boundless. because his narrative transcends fiction.

Got to admit, while the League is probably holding back a bit with Ben being a kid, seeing 10 year old Diamondhead (from what seems to be season 1 of Classic) beating these heroes makes me wonder how they would fair against Alien Force, Ultimate Alien and Omniverse Ben. Especially when at that point, characters like Lantern and Manhunter would know of Ben’s reputation throughout the universe at those points in time.
As Diamond head Ben would probably say "lady I've been hit by way stronger punches then that".

Ok Ben 10 had a point, and I am happy this comic didn’t target him like a bad guy (but at the same point it was hawk girl who started it and not the justice league, so they also weren’t in the wrong)
It's a problem with superhero teams. They are a team, but they are different people with different ideals and extra duties apart from being heroes. Aquaman is a king, Martian manhunter is... Well, a Martian, Hawk girl and wonder woman are warriors and not even human and green Lantern is... A space cop. The only one who was trying to reason with Ben and not just force him was Flash(idk if it's Barry or Wally), who also tried to calm Gwen
Meh it was still the Justice league that started it. Not only because Hawkgirl is a member but like every one of them individually, they all totally attacked him while saying "calm down" which is actually pretty common of the JL

Imagine if he still he had access to the master controls he unlocked at age 10, it'd basically be increasing difficulty from medium to hard mode
For those who don’t know the Omnitrix that Ben wears is a level 20 tech device and that shit was just a prototype. To put that into perspective our Earth as a whole is only at level 2.
If we compare Krypton the planet where Superman came from it’s about a level 4 tech planet. Level 5 is where hyperspace gates come into the mix. So that’s just to give a scale on the insanity of level 20 tech.
Heck saying the lantern rings of each lantern corp is level 20 tech is an overstatement it’s more like level 18-19.
Not only that but if the Omnitrix’s self destruction feature is activated it could charge up enough energy to wipe out the entire universe of ben 10. And that was the original omnitrix not the recalibrated version or the Omniverse version.
We’re lucky Grandpa Max a famous plumber (Space Cop) was there for Ben to teach him the ropes and keep him in check. A weapon like that on Earth with an unchecked 10 year old Ben Tennyson would be disastrous.
If anyone’s confused about the level tech stuff to give you a quick summary level tech is the levels of complexity, danger, or sophistication given to various technologies and advanced objects in the Ben 10 series.
With level 20+ tech being stuff that can’t even be comprehended. In ben 10: alien force episode 12 a level 20+ tech device called the Naljian Destructor appears. It perfectly copies and merges whatever it saw into itself and uses it against Ben, Gwen, and Kevin, It even copied technology and integrated it into itself so it’s not limited to biological life. Later on we learn the Naljian Destructor is a lost children’s toy from the daughter of a higher dimensional mother who may or may not be stronger than alien X.
It was nice to have the Justice League while they were around I hope Ben doesn't kill them

If Lex, grad, Waller, the mine, or any other villain knew about the omnitrix that exist on the boy they’ll be on him like flies to honey. They be ready to steal it, sell it, or use it for all the wrong reasons. You can only just imagine.

Most unrealisting part of this comic is flash actually getting hit by the crystals.
It was already clear all the justice league. Members where holding back but that scene where flash gets hit and thrown like cometic paper kite is 😅
let's not forget that since half the league are aliens Ben can become most of the justice league too, and that with how the omnitrix handles DNA he would be the pinical of what each member could be, meaning he would at least be on par with the likes of Jon, hawkgirl, and superman if not superior to them in almost every way! the only people he'd struggle with are flash who's much to fast for Ben to handle and batman who would probably figure out some way to disarm the omnitrix in a few minutes assuming he was given the chance, and even then most of Ben's aliens would make that hard.
No one will ever be superior to superman his cousin is literally peak Kryptonian and she's weaker

Superman always wins because he's the hero, the one who represents truth and justice, if pitted against someone of the same ideals it wouldn't be a matter of power but how they use it.
this rants also withholding all the times superman has been infact defeated whether by a stronger or smarter foe, by blind luck or through a well thought out plan.

I honestly wish that this story didn't have Ben meeting the justice league leading to a fight. Heroes fighting each other over a misunderstanding is an overused trope at this point. Still a nice crossover so far.

Ben 10 is just the best, I have seen superheros shows and movies before that, but nobody in the universe can come close to ben 10, no mantter how powerful they are, except someone from 26th dimension, but that is highly unlikely and they are not from our universe, also I would take side of Ben 10 in a fight with any superhero, even if its Saitama
