The cowboy leading the line dance in the street is Nick The Actor. He has a UA-cam channel by that name. He's, well, an actor, and a reactor, and I guess a dancer too (surprise to me) as he is credited with the choreography. The waitress nervous to be serving an alien in the diner is Tom's Sister Jenna (who appears in several of his videos, you'll see her in the family portrait at the end of "God Mode").
