cook brown rice pasta (or any pasta you like!) this is the brand I use bit.ly/3Dt3ogA
olive oil and garlic (sautee together in pan)
add cooked pasta
add 1/2 squeezed lemon
add 2 tbsp (per 1/4 bag of pasta) pasta sauce (i.e. if you are making an entire box of pasta, quadruple the recipe)
pecarino romano (to coat the noodles - add as little or as much as you like!)

Spring is my favorite season, too! I was at Home Goods a few days ago and just like you I was so excited to see all the cute Easter things and all the spring-y colors on everything. 🩷 Love the pink gingham coat so much! Very chic and girly.

Do you always eat GF ?! I’m also GF and mostly dairy free. I just found out the reason might be because I have POTS and another heart condition and eating gluten makes it worse. Wondering if you just do it for health or if you have a reason.
