You are so right my friend! I just came back from cleaning my stove filters... and only that because I ran out of baking soda so quickly! I am now extremely frustrated...(In my defense, we don’t tend to use it as much here in France.)

lol aqbdul azeez zain, I was thinking the same thing....geez, I need to start buying vinegar in gallon bottles and soda in 64 oz containers like soap detergent. And a few other things, I have WD-40 and some things I don't use (coffee anythings), but some of them might be useful. Still, you read my mind...mostly useless if you don't have vinegar and soda. =^..^=

In South Korea, they have a product that does the exact same thing. I've heard a lot that they have very old pipes in that country so it's important not to clog things cause it can happen easily. Toilets spray every time you flush so the seal traps the air pressure and the nastiness so you can reverse the pressure for faster and cleaner unclogging than using a plunger

Before you spray wd-40 on your hand to get a ring off, try liquid soap or dishsoap, much better for your skin.? Labels from glas can be removed with olive oil instead wd-40 - smells a bit better lol

WD40 also gets rust off bathroom or kitchen metal stuff like bath racks or mug trees. Just spray a bit on leave it a few mins and wipe. I took all the rust spots off my shower rail with it.
In my cleaning box there's always WD40, bicarb for carpet freshener prior to vacuuming, vinegar to clean taps and drains, some essential oils like peppermint and lavender for hygiene and aroma and Himalayan salt and salt candle holders/candles to purify rooms of pollutants.
I do use branded cleaning stuff for toilets and kitchen wipes, sponges etc but also use natural if I think it's better or products in a different way from recommended. I've used bicarb to get burnt pans clean.

Before putting water and dishwashing liquid in that blender jar at least rinse it out first. Yuck.
The water, baking soda, and aluminum foil is a trick that has been around for years. Yes, it removes tarnish but it does nothing for shining your sterling silver, it actually makes the finish quite dull.
Removing chewing gum from carpet using WD-40 leaves a nasty grease spot that you have to deal with. No thank you. Nor would I use WD-40 on stuck zipper on a purse; that's just a recipe to get grease on your clothes.
Removing a stuck ring is a lot easier if you use a bit of Windex or a window cleaner with ammonia in the bottle. No greasy hands to wash once the ring is off.
Some very good ideas and some not very well thought out.
