Polyphony talks about vehicle prices being so expensive because it's based on real life prices yet they charge $350,000 for engine swaps and if you buy a legendary multi million dollar vehicle and try to sell it you only get fraction of what you paid when in reality you would have either sold it for more than you paid or broken even depending on when you sell.
@@Aurous9 someone should tell polyphony that they should decide if they're basing things on realism then if someone sells their $20,000,000 f1 they should get $20,000,000 that's how it is in real life.
Yeah 200k+ for an engine swap is ridiculous, the average engine is like 15-25k max. And it's also dumb there are so few options as a swap. For example there is no option to ls swap and rx8 when it's one of the most popular swaps in real life.

If I had a GT7 I would Modify the Mercedes 190E into a DTM race car and I would try to install a turbocharger for more horsepower at the race track also I will rather not swap the AMG V8 engine from the AMG GT3 race car its just too much horsepower for the 190E for me and I just prefer I keep and modified the Cosworth inline 4 engine DTM style.

i have 2 with both engines fully upgraded and the cosworth is so much better than the amg one, it isn't even close
