If you pause the screen on the trilobite at time 43:30 you can see on the top middle arm how its been attacked and healed, also look at the bottom three middle limbs it has lost 3 legs and started to grow 3 new limbs
So we went from a single cell bacterial organism that cant be seen to the naked eye and evolved into that fish sized fossil that looks like it has bones or something like a reptile. Theres something missing. We evolved into a worm first
I mean no disrespect by this I really appreciate you uploading the docuseries for other people to enjoy and learn from, it is a really informative one even if it is old. However one thing I wanted to mention is noticed the I description says it's narrated by Christopher Plummer and the gentleman on the series actually says his name is Bill Curtis. Thanks, enjoy all!
We went from a single cell bacteria to that large thing on the fossils? There is got to be something missing. I have read we went from a single cell bacterial organism into a worm, first.
An excellent posting, exquisite practical knowledge made available, thank you, redpfdeathGR. Sidebar: why do you have "death" in your moniker, you are promoting knowledge which if is life, ,thus, why "death", just saying. Still, with much gratitude, thank you.
Debbie Judd that is why it’s a theory. There isn’t evidence to disprove it as of yet, and enough evidence to support it as fact doesn’t exist. Theories are about having a working model try and figure out what is true. Plate tectonics was laughed at until it was finally proven in the last 100 years.
I actually have the original Japanese version of this series. It was a late-night special on the NHK(Japan Broadcasting Corporation)Channel.

Interesting. Clear and concise explanation of what may have occurred. This is what science channel should be all the time.

Me, too. It is a quality series that I watch at east once a year. And each time I watch, I pick up something new.

snowball earth was best...this new earth we inhabit is infested by life-slime and reactive gasses and liquids. it's enough to make a cat bark !
Worse yet are all these skittering, quarreling multicellulars messing up and rearranging everything.
Was there already a Moon during "Snowball Earth"....?

You can say that about anything. That was a lazy comment, not an intelligent one.
