How do you think policies like tariffs, immigration laws, or budget cuts impact real estate and business owners? Have you seen these effects firsthand? Drop your thoughts below!
1. Exploitation: It seems that your businesses might be profiting and taking advantage of hardworking individuals, profiting at their expense. Fairer wages would likely result in better attendance and morale. 2. Worker Dependence: These workers can only afford to miss work for so long because they rely on the income, which makes them vulnerable to exploitation. They will be back because you don't pay them enough. 3. Predictable Patterns: Similar to a farmer anticipating weather changes, you should have seen this situation coming and prepared accordingly. Being ready to offer better pay and support to your employees could have mitigated the impact. 4. Market Cycles: Market conditions fluctuate depending on political leadership. Other businesses foresaw the changes during Trump's tenure and adapted. Those who didn't prepare faced losses, while those who did reaped benefits.

Even though the Dems didn't have to best proposed policies, it would have been easier, safer and more humane for us to stand up as a nation to get them to not impose bullshit than it is to get out of the danger we are currently in. And no one is exempt from any of this danger. Not even the people who voted for him, the rich or the people in his party. I built a large custom home at the end of Trumps last term when he put tariffs on lumber and steel. My budget was toast. Lumber price per 1,000 board ft went from $400 to $1,600 until Biden got it back down to like $600 or so at the end. But I had to pay the $1,600, quadruple the estimated price, I did't want to wait on Biden to bring it back down.
I think the biggest thing is Trump trying to eliminate the income tax by instead taxing things like rent. I think it was like if rent before was 2k then once the new taxes pass your rent will be 2.6k. (My numbers are probably wrong I probably remember differently)
Dude, i did the numbers months ago and forecasted over $350k in losses and voted accordingly. I expect more that that, stability is important to economies, this is where we are, it is what it is and now we just have to roll with the punches

@joshuahurley5910 the news is telling folks how to protect themselves from ICE raids, what to do, and giving out information on their rights, even when they are here illegally....fear mongering!

I don’t have an opinion. I care more about our government wasting money than who controls what. Obviously the people in charge aren’t going a great job being “in control” legally.
It brings a lot of business, a lot of profits, and cheap labor so we can compete with China. Without cheap labor, we won't matter anymore in the world, we are declining anyways but that will speed up our decline. We used to have slaves, then illegals. Next will be rednacks maybe?

Me parese que no por que SE puso on blast
Thanks Pace!
Lower interest rates is HORRIBLE for b the economy! The fed will issue more debt, ie more INFLATION and devalue of the usd! Come on😢
I built a large custom home at the end of Trumps last term when he put tariffs on lumber and steel. My budget was toast. Lumber price per 1,000 board ft went from $400 to $1,600 until Biden got it back down to like $600 or so at the end. But I had to pay the $1,600, quadruple the estimated price, I did't want to wait on Biden to bring it back down.
So you are ok having employees that have no integrity? Yes, you do. Your statements are so self-serving.
I think the biggest thing is Trump trying to eliminate the income tax by instead taxing things like rent. I think it was like if rent before was 2k then once the new taxes pass your rent will be 2.6k. (My numbers are probably wrong I probably remember differently)
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, I appreciate it.
This guys has taken a wrong turn
A teacher I know had 190 kids not show up to an elementary school today
Follow the law and you won't have to hide.
Great teaching. I think a lot of people do not understand how this is going to impact their businesses
Thanks for keeping it real!! Everyone deserves a place to live ❤
everyone that pays rent. During covid the government said the only thing that's free is rent. That was baad.
hi Scott
How can an illegal immigrant buy a house? Don't they need an ITIN or SSN for the title company to transfer the deed?
Dude, i did the numbers months ago and forecasted over $350k in losses and voted accordingly. I expect more that that, stability is important to economies, this is where we are, it is what it is and now we just have to roll with the punches
First generation born American from Mexican immigrants. My parents immigrated here legally and they both worked in agriculture, in California.
ICE raids are real but I feel like legacy media is gaslighting us!
I don't know what will happen to our crops if we don't have those that work it here....
@@MM-gg3rg gaslighting how?
Criminals don't work in fields
@@chrisx811well technically, those that entered illegally broke the law.
@joshuahurley5910 the news is telling folks how to protect themselves from ICE raids, what to do, and giving out information on their rights, even when they are here illegally....fear mongering!
You do have a polictical opinion
Love you Pace!
Thank you for explaining so well!!
This is so good thanks for sharing
Also sometimes I share this, the Bible says that GOD loves us so much that he sent his son JESUS CHRIST to this earth and HE lived a perfect sinless life. And JESUS went to a cross and gave HIS life for us.And rose again in 3 days and who ever will receive JESUS AS THEIR SAVIOR AND ASK HIM TO COME INTO THEIR HEART AND FORGIVE THEIR SINS,HE WILL TAKE YOU TO HEAVEN.
I never realized you had so many haters until I saw your instagram post on this topic
Elon has the payment information for American social security, Medicare and Medicaid and you think that's acceptable ?
I don’t have an opinion.
I care more about our government wasting money than who controls what. Obviously the people in charge aren’t going a great job being “in control” legally.
Having 30 million Illegal Aliens in the country increases demand that also contributes to Inflation.
It brings a lot of business, a lot of profits, and cheap labor so we can compete with China. Without cheap labor, we won't matter anymore in the world, we are declining anyways but that will speed up our decline. We used to have slaves, then illegals. Next will be rednacks maybe?
@@torsten6777and brings a lot of crime, Mexican myself but unfortunately the bad has got to go
Any of your worker looking for American citizenship asking for a friend
How is Trump affecting the Section 8 Market?
I had a white maid clean my house it’s not just Hispanic
They didn't show up? I guess you will have to pay more for the labor.
And then charge more for everything. The customer has money, he will pay up!
@torsten6777 If not, I guess you will have to go out of business.
@@torsten6777 Remember at the end of the day, everyone is a small business.
What elon is exposing ..... Haha.
Good content
hi mr pace
It's sad because you are helping people, Hispanic people are important to America, I know a lot of people that are worried how this is all gonna end up.

Pace doesn't have a political opinion about this yet continues to post about political stuff.....
lol couldn’t help yourself huh?
There wasn't much political stuff here,
@@PaceMorby you're posting about politics my guy. What do you expecting?
@@joshuahurley5910 he kind of explained why though and you knew what the video was about when you clicked on it, watched it then commented on it. So, what do you expecting?
@LionsDenD if anyone is going to post on tariffs that Trump is going to threaten on other countries and expect that they're not going to have a political feeling about it then that's pretty naive and ignorant.
👍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👍
Trump❤🎉
