Hearing again the "and take it out" really made me realize how much I missed these tutorials!
My pleasure mam, very glad to read such a heart warming comment :)
Im glad you're back. I bought an RX8 for the second time last year. This time I spent good money (more than I should) to get a good car as I plan on keeping it. Been using your videos to to the necessary maintenance and upgrades. The community needs guys like you that share their passion and knowledge.
Thank you so much man! i'm very glad my videos helped you work on your rx8. This created a bond that you will cherish for life :)
If you dont know what to post you can re cycle the old videos with more quality for the image and sound like this one, thx for posting, just got an rx8 that i ve wanted sincer 2017
Some videos could use improvements. Thanks for the suggestion :)
“and take it out” really got me 😂😂😂
Throwback to the old vibe ;)
@@Drivenbymadness”just a lil bit 👉🏻👈🏻”
Instructions unclear, both my left and right nuts are sore.
😂😂😂
Literally the next thing I have to do on my 8. Impeccably timed, sir.
Excellent! Enjoy man, glad to see your name after all these years :)
@@Drivenbymadness Likewise!
Wooopp🎉🎉🎉🎉. Good to have you back brother 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you so much bro! I really appreciate coming back to suck a hot crowd :D
Thanks for the amazing vid!!
My pleasure :)
Miss you man
Here is am :)
Compre un rx8 cuando subias videos y algunos consejos me ayudaron, desgraciadamente mi economía y el coste del combustible me obligaron a venderlo
No worries man, you got to adapt and do what is best for you. At least you had the opportunity to own one, which is better than never experiencing it :)
@@Drivenbymadness Rx8 as a nice car, only for a ride o weekend, but is expensive to repair today
What are the symtoms of a bad engine mount? I have a clacking sound when going slow over irregular surface, since I bought it back in November last year. The owner told me he thought it was some silent block. I have an appointment next week at Mazda to check it out. Also it seems front suspension is higher than the back one but it has new OEM shock absorbers and springs
Bad vibrations on idle and a lot of road noise. The shifter will move on idle and when slowly taking off in 1st gear you will hear and feel a second long brrrrrrrrr sound. At least that was my symptoms. A clank is probably suspension related!
Now once you have your new mounts installed, loosen them, and take them out
🤣🤣🤣
Yay! You're back! Thanks for this timely video. I have to replace mine this spring.
Awesome! Thanks, i'm glad i'ts useful :)
I hope to get mine road ready this year, I fix something and something else goes bad...
Pay to win bro xD
Need to do this on mine. Will probably fill the stock ones with polyurethane
But that will still vibrate a lot more then the OE oil filled ones. The OE one are good at damping they just suck at lasting!!
@@davvehallberg Yep, I ended up buying RRP's mounts, good so far
Thumbs up for your DIY
Thanks man
Thanks man!
This is what I needed
Perfect :)
Where have you been bro? 👍
Stuck in nowhereland, aka corporate world.
I still have to put my engine back together but its going to fly when its done 👍😎
You should start with the most clapped out rx8 and rebuild it from the ground up, including welding. Sort of like Tavarish did.
With the cost of parts in 2024 i will have to pitch the idea to shark tank xD
@@Drivenbymadness I mean just rusted ones, welding is cheap once you have it all :)
Glad to see your 8 is still alive 👍
Thanks man!
i'm buying my rx8 back 😅😅😅
Keep the 2004 economy train going :D
$450 is bloody expensive for such a common item...
Yeah, but i wanted to put a higher end product, so that it can withstand various driving styles and circumstances, in a long period of time.
