Day 16 - ✅ Back again after a 4 day break! Was tired after round 6 but pushed through all 11 rounds and I’m sweating like crazy at the end. Loved the practice❤

Day18 - ✅- my arms and legs have been sore since yesterday but still loved doing surya namaskar and sweating a lot!!
Day 19 Done successfully... I did it with more flexibilty and strength today.. Enjoyed a lot❤️
Finished 3rd week 3rd day ... surya namaskara one of the best yoga...Whole body stretching..With correct breathing ..Really amazing ...

Day 18 completed, I have take 2 days break, now I'm back, this video is really amazing, I really felt so good and positive, in between i have take 1 break I'm able to go with the flow, thank you so much
Day 18: was done with 5 rounds yesterday but the practice had to be interrupted. so did it today morning, what an amazing flow! great to know how along with physical strength, mental strength also increases to keep going. At the end, rubbing palms was a task 😂 but thank you. ❤

Hey Preeti, day 18 - i had taken a break as i had to go out in the heat.. and was too tired... So on day 19- i did day 18 excs and 19 tgthr.. OMG I was sweating so much... Day 18 excs was easy, and 19 it was a bit hard to do 11 rounds.. but i was amazed at my body.. always use to find it difficult to go into ashtang earlier whenever I did Surya namaskar.... but this time it was a natural flow... I found it v smooth.
Day 20- in morning , i was too sleepy.
and my body was sore... Especially arms.. i guess doing ashtang yesterday the correct way smoothly and naturally really worked on my arms.. as my arms are the most sore... Anyway after finishing kitchen work,, took some rest and did the yoga of day 20.. .. it was v good.. feel great 👍 the inhale and exhale along with the poses are getting familiar and was able to follow it much better today.
