Watching your channel from Washington state in the US. It’s really helped me get over my fear of spiders. I used to be paralyzed with fear, but watching your videos, as well as other UA-camrs, such as Kat, has really helped me. I even held my first tarantula. Huge step! This is probably the third time I've watched this . I bought 2 about 2 years ago and they are real tigers when it comes to food . They slam into the container so hard I worry they will hurt themselves. I'm getting ready to rehouse them and I want to be sure that they are as labeled . actually they were labeled Nigerian red rusted. No bad experience yet just have to be sure to keep my fingers out of the way when feeding lol.

Gotta love TSS' write up on them. I had some form of Hysterocrates for quite some time. Unfortunately it was a male, and as i didn't have 100% certainty, I chose not to breed him. The poor lonely boy made sperm webs up til the end. I was genuinely sad when he passed. A really lovely spider, and honestly not a knob in the slightest.
Not breeding him was wise. I hate having to watch a male pace the tank :(
