Rewatch (4:30) when Link picks, he says over and over that the oven is his favorite, even after he switched, he says that “I think this is the oven (referring to the second one) because I think that (referring to the first one) is my favorite, and I think it’s the skillet.” Rhett is the one that makes everyone, including Link, believe that he is a microwave man.

Y'all messed up the skillet pizza. Should be a dry pan and get the pizza bottom crunchy again. Then a SMALL bit of water into the pan AWAY from the pizza so the puddle doesn't touch the bread. Then cover and let it steam for one minute. This melts the cheese and such. Left with a crunchy base and melted top. Perfect.
Where do you find a skillet big enough to fit a whole pizza and a puddle of water without the threat of the two touching?
It rly is.. I tried it once and wont go back. Its almost better then fresh pizza

Can we just appreciate the mythical kitchen crew on this one? They cooked all of the food ahead of time, let it get cold, and then reheated it all again!
Their excel “to do” spreadsheet must be insane
how do you know they did that? if they said it, I missed it. Stevie says they've been cooked at the start of each round, then says which method the crew thinks reheating with is best. The real way to do a reheating test would be have all meals cooked the same way and the reheating medium is what would be tested, science and all that.

I'm assuming all items were prepared how they would usually would be by the crew, then reheated the next day. We appreciate the crew for making food, letting it get cold, and reheating it for the sake of this episode lol

If Link didn’t second guess himself in the beginning, he would have gotten a clean sweep! He did identify what they were looking for in every round correctly impressively.
I use the microwave to reheat the food, and then the oven/grill/sandwich press/airfryer to crisp it up (depending what's available & how quickly I want the food 😂)
It's weird that y'all managed to mess up skillet for the pizza. Cold piece of pizza, put it in a pan, tent it with foil, turn ont he burner to medium and set a timer for 10 minutes. PERFECT crispy crust and melty top.

I don't know why they didn't include skillet in the fries round. Reheating fries in a pan with no oil is the best way to recreate the original taste.

My dad always does “Fried Pizza” for leftovers in the skillet where he butters top crust and bottom and - hands down. Best way to have leftover pizza. You get crunchy crust and buttery, greasy toppings. 🤤
Idea: A GMM episode for chrismas where all the crew sits at the studio on a circle while Rhett and Link read fanfictions about themselves under the mistletoes, the one that quits has to tell a representative manequin dressed like the other how much they appreciate the other on GMMore.
Nah. The best way to reheat pizza is in a sandwich maker, just fold it over and it'll become basically a calzone. Crispy on the outside and cheesy goodness on the inside. 👌

I am upset skillet wasn't an option for french fries. Its such a good solution! Put in a bit of frying oil and shake around until they're crisp and warm - voila!
My mother used to reheat leftover pizza on “leftover night” by cutting each slice in half and then baking it on a baking tray, burning each 1/2 slice. Since then, small slices of pizza make in incredibly angry.

We make leftovers into taquitos. Turkey, mash, dressing wrapped in corn tortillas and fried until crispy, then dipped in gravy! The kids like it better than the original turkey dinner! :-)

For leftover French fries I always deep fry them again. I think that's the best way to get them good and close to the original taste. air fryer isn't bad, but nothing beats a deep fryer.

Recently started using a toaster oven to reheat pizza. It's better than a traditional oven since you don't have to preheat it or can do so much faster. Never tried an air fryer or skillet, but it's far better than the microwave, imo.

The best way to reheat left over pizza is in the microwave, with a shot glass of water. The water rehydrates the pizza and makes it like fresh. You are welcome.

We don't know how much time is between rounds, they might stop filming to reheat more food every few minutes.
The kitchen is right there, there would be no problem to serve the stuff right away.
For anyone wondering, the actual best way to reheat fast food fries, is to refry them in oil. It makes them like brand new!

Personally, putting leftover pizza in the oven right away when you turn it on, and crank it to 200c and leave it for 5-10 min gives the best result..

Missed the best way to reheat pizza (in my opinion), a panini press/george foreman grill, specifically one with adjustable heights so you can keep it just above the cheese without touching it. Crisps up the crust, gets the cheese all gooey and melty. It works like a charm.

I reheat pizza in the skillet and its always crispy and never falls, by far the best method, Link nailed it with using butter. Also the skillet was ignored to warm up french fries, I have not found any other way that brings french fries back to the texture you would get from fresh.
