    I started this channel because I want to help people get in touch with the immense power they have to heal their own bodies using their minds.
    Having spent years learning how to effectively communicate with my own body and directing it towards my desired outcomes, I began to work with my clients to help them achieve their desires as well.
    During my own learning process, I found that while I was able to use the information provided by others to cobble together my own personal plan to heal my physical issues and to help my clients do the same, I couldn’t find any resources online that showed me how to work with specific illnesses.
    The basic principles are always the same, but I think it’s nice to have access to meditations that streamline the process and allow you to focus on one issue at a time.
    Self-healing techniques are simple and easy to practise. You don’t need a teacher or a healer to do it, this is something you can do for yourself in as little as 15 or 20 minutes a day.
    The principles of self-healing are as follows:
    ONE:
    Nobody else can heal you. A healer may put you in touch with your own ability to heal yourself, and help you to identify any beliefs or emotional blockages you may have to achieving thriving physical wellness, but you’re the one who does the work - you have all the power.

    TWO:
    In order to do this properly, we need to understand how the subconscious mind works. In a nutshell, It gives you what you focus on, whether you want it or not.
    So, let’s say you have cancer. If you do a visualisation to get rid of a specific tumour in your body, you may be unwittingly do more harm that good. And this is because, when you tell your subconscious mind ‘I don’t want this tumour, get rid of it', your mind simply says…'oh a tumour? You like that? Well, here’s more of it, then.'
    So when we heal ourselves, we want to focus on what we want, not what we want to get rid of. Let’s use the previous example and go a little deeper; if you have a tumour on your liver, then when you practice self-healing, you want to focus on generating healthy cells and healthy tissue in that area. In other words, we’re always focusing on allowing wellness, not get rid of illness.
    THREE:
    The secret to creating a total physical wellness is to combine your intention to be well with the elevated emotions you would feel if this came true for you.
    What you really want is a healthy, functioning physical body but it’s much more than that. How will you feel when you’re well again? The key is to get in touch with those feelings, as if the event has already happened.
    All my videos are designed with this end in mind, but just for now remember that if you’re feeling extreme doubt or fear, then it may not be the right time to do the meditations. Ideally, You want to feel relaxed, optimistic and open to possibilities.
    And finally, I am not a medical doctor and I am not qualified to give medical advice. If you have a serious illness, always work with your doctor or medical professional and follow the protocols they recommend.
    As always, trust your own intuition. If the concepts and techniques I offer resonate with you, then by all means, incorporate them into your daily routine - always do what works best for you

    I learned my subconscious gives me what I focus on: I must focus on what I want. NOT what I want to get rid of.
