nice april fools joke and I hate to be that guy (I dont lol), but I used to set up electricity under decks at this resort and I had to go through a hole about that size. I feel like the reason BJ still has his muscles during the coma is because Anya was deliberately keeping his muscles active for no other reason than she thought he was hot like that. There's a scene in the asylum where he flashes back to Anya bathing him and ogfling his muscles
