Thanks Johnny for another great informative video!
My pleasure!! Thanks so much for watching!
Really enjoy your tree series even though there is very little overlap between our areas. I did notice an aster flower at 5:00 minutes into your video that Ive seen on my farm this spring. I thiught the asters came out in the fall. Perhaps its not really an aster.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! We call those white flowers fleabane. They're aka daisy fleabane.
Johnny, an excellent video. If it wasn’t for Tulip Popular I wouldn’t have near the nectar and honey in my supers as I do right now. Will the Basswood be blooming up your way in the next few weeks and do you still intend to make a video on it just before it starts blooming. As you can tell I’m intreated in learning more on the Basswoods.
Basswood blooms here a bit later. It will follow black locust. I hope to be making more videos soon and basswood is also on the list as a significant source. Thanks so much for your encouragement, Don! I really appreciate your support, brother!!!
I live in southern Illinois. Have a lot of tulip poplars.
Awesome!! Thanks for watching!
