I wish they had more holes in there, I, for example, have a gaming laptop that tends to get hot so it having more air coming in would be nice.

Ah I see what you mean, allow for air to be sucked in from the bottom fan intakes for those machines that have them?

I'm planning to get a gaming laptop, and found some nice tiny laptop legs from Nillkinn brand, or they also available noname from Aliexpress for few bucks.
Those much more convenient than a separate stand. Though it might be useful in some conditions.

Stands for laptops are interesting because I don't think they are one-sized fits all and that's before you get it personal preference.

Good note about the front two lips. Was thinking of getting one for my M1 Macbook Pro, given it's a little thicker, I'm wondering if it'll clear the lips or not.

Thanks. It's one of those things you only find out from really using it.

    How much does it weight

Can you tell me what the actual height is at maximum lift? The description says 21", but that isn't clear if that could be to the lower edge or back. I am using a balance board and it adds extra height so that the stand I have which only goes to 17" is too low. Thanks.

Here is the tricky part, the maximum height might not be the maximum height for every machine. After a certain weight it will sag.

I have a MacBook Pro, so not much weight. Do you have an idea of the height with this?

Is there a way to adjust the tightness of the hinge? Is very hard to maneuver.

Not that I found when I looked at it. I can check again tomorrow.

These stands are great for ensuring your laptop gets proper airflow.

Depending on where your intake is located it might help a bit. In some cases it might not make too much of a difference.

It's crazy bad that the hinge gave out at just a P50 + 540 Laptop when it's 2.55kg + 2.5kg when advertising supporting up to 10kg. Thanks for the review, not buying that piece of shit.
