The longest week of my life. I’m watching this while expecting contractions every 10 minutes. Here’s hoping things progress before I have to be induced.
Turned out those contractions lasted for 36 hours (had a long latent phase labour) before going into active labour in the pool (which took 7 hours). Managed (somehow) to do it drug free. Your body just know what to do. To ladies reading this, you can do this! 👶
I just wanted to say thank you for your videos. I looked forward to them each week during my pregnancy 🤰 My baby was born at 41 weeks exactly and is now 8 mo! I miss having her in my tummy, but having her here in the world is wonderful 💜
I'm 41 weeks it's my first pregnancy and still no show from my son feeling so emotional and fed up just want him in my arms already I've waited so long for this day always wanted to be a mum and I know how hard it is to get pregnant so I'm blessed thank u Jesus for this beautiful miracle it is sad I lost a few but so blessed to be here so I hope he comes soon stay strong mums out there we all got this us women are so amazing I mean we are making humans so I'm proud of all of us especially the tears the sleepless nights but we all got this and it's videos like this that keep me strong and remind me of what I'm fighting for so thank u
Thank you for this video! I initially thought this baby would arrive sooner and now 41 weeks and still no baby! Definitely a grumpy mumma, especially when the growth scan shows this bub is already big! But thank you for your video, I feel more supported and looking to be induced on thursday if nothing happens!
I watch these even though I’ve already had my baby. I had him at 39 weeks and he was 8 lbs. I had to get an episiotomy (2 directions) and I have something I wanna say to all my pregnant goddesses out there. I miss being pregnant. I’m 5 days postpartum. And yes i know I was miserable in the moment of being pregnant but oh my god I miss it. Please don’t take it for granted ❤️
Absolutely feel this. My husband and I made an announcement that we would be ignoring all calls, texts, and messages asking if baby is here yet, but that we appreciated everyone's concern. It's important that we pregnant mamas avoid stress as much as possible, so I don't feel bad in the slightest.
I just gave birth at 41 wks 1 day. Had no symptoms or any contractions lol. Was induced due to low amniotic fluid. He came right after both of our parents went home 😆. Was born 7lbs! Thank you for this channel it made me so excited to meet him ❤️

Currently 41 weeks 2 days...planned induction in 3 days..if he doesn't come on his own...ive come to terms with it now..last week I was going mad...i couldn't do a sweep or dilation checks due to group B strep 🙁 but I'm just so ready so I'm on countdown mode!!!!

41 weeks now. Im so tired of waiting. Pressure is everywhere. My OB said I have to wait until 42 weeks, nothing to worry because there is no such thing as OVERDUE... EDD only means EXPECTED due date. Goodluck to me. 😬😥😁

About to go to bed on the eve of 41 + 2. My home birth can only happen if I go into labor before 42 weeks and I'm trying not to stress. This was such a lovely video to find!
I did not. Our son Cedar was brought earthside via gentle cesarean after we realized that our midwives had forgotten(due to being overrun with new patients because cov1d) to schedule us for multiple routine prenatal visits and ultrasounds during the final two weeks of pregnancy. We discovered that baby's heart was decelerating during my contractions and he was SUPRISE breech. Really heartbroken to be let down/forgotten by our midwives. Still mourning the homebirth I was dreaming of. But ever so in love with our little one and hopeful for future birthing experiences 🧡
41 weeks today after 6 days of having mild to moderate contractions but still no water breaking or genuine progress.🤦🏼♀️ Sorry for the TMI, but, we've tried a sweep, sex, lots of walking, ball bouncing, massage, etc. So tonight I'm going to douse a pizza in Tabasco and see what that does. At least I can confidently say that with our induction date being the 1st of September, we will definitely be meeting our son this week! 😅👏👏👏 Best of luck to all the new mums and dads out there. I'm 1 day over my due date and just want baby to be here. I really, reeeeaaaally don't want to be induced. If I have to be induced, I have to travel to another hospital which is over 2 hours away! Stretch and sweep attempted 2 days ago, cervix was high, but baby is really low. Due another sweep on Sunday - pray for me 😅
When I was pregnant I was extremely nauseous and uncomfortable all the time from being sick, but then one of my friends told me about this wristband that would stop me from being sick instantly. So I went online bought one for like $12 and tried it, and it worked so amazingly!! It has a little knub on it that hits a pressure point on your wrist to stop nausea. It also smells like peppermint which helps with the nausea. I'm not usually one to go and promote products but this wristband really did help me. Its call NoMo Nausea and it works so well! If you get morning sickness or are nausea all the time you must try!!
41+1 today. Was hoping I wouldn't be posting here but hey ho! Had a sweep at 40+1 and had my bloody show but nothing since then. Got another one scheduled for today so hopefully this ones the ticket! The only problem I have is he's descended so low he's adding pressure on my bowel and I had the most horrific piles over Xmas. I couldn't walk they were so bad 😭 hurry up kid! Also the amount of messages I'm receiving is infuriating! Especially from people I don't generally talk to 🙄 leave the grumpy pregnant lady alone!
40+4 today, no signs of progress aside from a few practice contractions each day. We've been walking, eating spicy food, having sex, nipple stimulation, all the tricks.. NOTHING! I'm trying to keep a positive mindset but it's hard not to feel disheartened as each day goes by without Baby arriving.
40 weeks + 4 days , they want to induce me tomorrow... no medical reason for it, they just said that the baby needs to be born before 41 weeks. 41 weeks will be this Saturday. Went to the dr Tuesday and was dilated 3cm so maybe he'll come on his own... still not sure if I'm going tomorrow or not
39+5 days pregnant not even a twinge or pressure or running to loo feel normal. Am frustrated as baby is not here and making me feel low as there's no symptom as yet. Had my other 2 babies by 37 weeks x

Not quite to 41 weeks (I'm currently 40 weeks 5 days) but I am being induced tonight. :( I'm pretty stressed and nervous about it. This was definitely not part of my plan, as I was hoping for a completely unmedicated birth. I'm so afraid that I won't be able to take the pain without meds. Wish me luck!
40 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Week 35 started getting stretch marks by week 38 developed a rash on my belly week 40 rash spread to arms and legs. Haven't felt any Contractions only menstrual like cramps off and on. What kills me is that at week 37 my baby positioned right and was in the pelvic bone at -2cm, cervix is open and thinning. No water leaks, no bloody show, no mucus plug. Nothing... My family has a history of delivering babies earlier like 37-39 weeks...
My baby is 12 days old today! 🥰 Early labour started the 17th of January at 39+6, my water broke, and she was born the morning of the 18th at exactly 41+0. Chunky, cute and eyes wide open! 💗 The love we feel is unreal! What an experience!! 🤩 I had a fast natural birth and also lost over a liter of blood, but she is worth all the pain and I would do it again for her. 🥰

I’m 41 weeks today (it’s 22:13 so soon to be 41+1) I was 41+1 when I had my first born 41 with my second I genuinely feel I’m going to go further with my third, even though over due date both my girls were only 6Ibs babies, I really think this one is going to weigh more, probably not a lot more as I tend to carry small but more than 6Ibs atleast

Today's Saturday and I go 41 weeks on Monday. That's when my doctor has me scheduled for induction, and I want so badly to go into labour on my own. He said I probably will go into labour before Monday, but on Thursday I was just barely dilated, and there's been NOTHING. 😭 Early last week I had intense Braxton Hicks to the point where we all thought something might be wrong when it stopped. Don't let the internet fool you: Braxton Hicks CAN be painful. I was having cramps about half as painful as some of my more painful menstrual cramps, which I have to take strong pain killers for. The last few days I've felt great (compared to the last 2 months) and today I feel so sore and sluggish and I can't help but hope that means Baby will be here in the next 24 hours. 😂
I’m afraid to take a walk down the sidewalk with my dog because I’m afraid of getting hit by a car or possibly having bad pains and I won’t have someone there with me while my bf is away at work.

My doctor did a sweep for me on my first born even tho I was group b positive. Now she wants to do the same...now im concerned is it harmful?

41 weeks & so sad it’s coming to an end soon. I’m in no rush. It’s been the most difficult pregnancy but I’m so emotional it’s all going to end soon.

I'm so tired guys, this is too much. I'm 41 wks and given the 25th for checkup date.
This is my first pregnancy....I'm 41weeks ....I'm honestly exhausted, I want to carry my baby already....hoping every minute to go into labour naturally 😢..I'm so grateful for this video, I feel not alone❤

me too 🙄😭 40+1 and not in a good mood is an understatement...especially in this time with a viral pandemic covid 19. partners not allowed in till I'm actually giving birth so I'm hoping I don't get started off and my body for it naturally. so I can at least go home and have contractions with my partner instead of bring alone....sad times,annoyed times ..why oh why!!!

Today's Saturday and I go 41 weeks on Monday. That's when my doctor has me scheduled for induction, and I want so badly to go into labour on my own. He said I probably will go into labour before Monday, but on Thursday I was just barely dilated, and there's been NOTHING. 😭 Early last week I had intense Braxton Hicks to the point where we all thought something might be wrong when it stopped. Don't let the internet fool you: Braxton Hicks CAN be painful. I was having cramps about half as painful as some of my more painful menstrual cramps, which I have to take strong pain killers for.
The last few days I've felt great (compared to the last 2 months) and today I feel so sore and sluggish and I can't help but hope that means Baby will be here in the next 24 hours. 😂
I live in Devon and they won't sweep me untill I'm 7 days overdue. 😢😢
