I feel like alot got cut from this movie. Between Bucky, Peggy Carter, The Howling Commandos, Arnim Zola-- on top of Cap and Red Skull--- the movie feels very rushed. It benefits from having sequels that give us a reason to care about these characters and the ability to look back on them more fondly.
Quite true. Clark is meant to be the best of us, the figurehead of hope. There is a sort of test you can apply to any depiction of Superman, similar to the one for Batman, (If your Batman can't comfort a child, then he's not Batman) to determine if you have a good Superman depiction. Seriously, it was a super charming movie, it was its own fun adventure, I think guardians is the best at comedy in the mcu and in terms of soundtrack and vibes it number 1, I still have most of vol.2’s songs on my playlist
Civil war for me is the greatest movie. Couple of reasons, Intro to black panther and TH’s Spider-Man. It’s the last time all the avengers are together until endgame. The story line is great because there is no wrong side, each side has a noble cause they’re fighting for.

49:17 I haven't seen this movie, but assuming the point of this character was to impart some wisdom/encouragement to Shuri, rather than having to use Chadwick Boseman's likeness after his death, they could've just had a 30-something year old buff black male with a deep voice wearing a more tribal Black Panther costume and said they were T'Chaka (obviously it would make sense for T'Chaka to appear younger in the afterlife)
Thor TDW has one redeeming factor. And that is all the scenes about the Odinson family. Thor with Loki, Thor with Frigga, Loki and Frigga. These scenes are wonderful.
Honestly might be controversial, but putting Incredible Hulk under Iron Man 2 is borderline criminal. The action alone is so visceral that it puts the movie up a notch
Might be a very unpopular opinion, but would put multiverse of madness in the C tier just because I thought it was very creative. The director did add a lot of new features in the MCU and presented a unique style. Overall, there are many issues but certainly much better than Marvels.
Dr Strange also "stops holding the knife" in Infinity War when he willingly gives up the time stone because he believes his teammates have a better chance at defeating Thanos. Crazy to me that Marvel doesn't identify these things. 🙄
Age of Ultron is a cherished memory for me because of the wind up and aftermath. When I found out age of ultron was coming I was a young comic nerd, I was chewing my mum (who got me into DC and explored marvel with me)’s ear off talking about what was coming. It is a great epic fantasy adventure movie, and it was given the impossible task of introducing 10 heroes. I think this story would have been a better Disney+ show, and given more time to breath. I love this movie, but it really doesn't belong in the MCU.

I like this list, only objection is ragnarok, I do get why some people rate it low, but it was still a fun watch, and the power showcase of thor was good too at the end.
Best movie has to be infinity war. As a moderate fan of the comics. That shock factor is fucking crazy. Till this day their faces when they lost still gives chills.
Iron Man (1) is the best by such a wide margin it's a little bit sad. It is just as good today as it was the day it came out. It's one of the only Marvel movies that is also just good as a movie, not just a comic book movie.
Unpopular opinion I think the marvels is under rated. By no means the best of the mcu or what the MCU needs right now. But taken on its own merit its light harted fun. Exspands on the first captin mavel film. Bring charater together and has them meaningfully interact instead of relying on quick cheep camios. Doesn't butcher its main characters. The swapping places when using there power leads to some creative fights. I recon it deserve to be in D
I was with you guys for so much that I genuinely could not believe you felt so postively about Endgame. I cannot disagree more about how it wrapped up the storylines, and its the only Marvel movie that I've seen where I thought to myself that I should ask for a refund. Honestly wasted three and a half or whatever hours watching it, wish it didn't get made at all.
Honestly i love this video because you guys aren't scared of saying your honest opinion on these movies, for example my hot take is I don't think the first avengers movie is that good of a movie, i think it is overrated
Not sure how I’d rank them tier list wise, but here’s my ranking. Warning! Lots of hot takes. Also I haven’t really rewatched any of these in maybe a year or so. 33. Eternals 32. Captain Marvel 31. As a fan of Sam Raimi, but not his work on Spider-Man, MOM was very much a Sam Raimi movie. I didn't think he would be able to pull off an MCU movie and it was actually better than I thought it would be, but all my favorite parts are Evil Dead like cheese. D

If Thor Love and Thunder was more serious then it could have been a great movie. The villain was great. Jane was really sick and that could have been interesting. But it was so stupid and comedic.
They should have had the original Antman and wasp die so the rest could escape. That would have been made the movie much better: dr strange 2 is not as bad as they say, not great but some good parts. Many of the later movies all could have been good but they made critical mistakes. After watching every one of them I asked what could have been? Thor 4 if it was serious. Antman if the good guys lost and barely made out alive but with some real sacrifice and loss of life. Black Panther if the actor did not die in real life and they respected Namor as a character. And much more. They seemed to just make all the wrong moves in basic ways after endgame.
my fac mcu movie is probs iron man 2 just because when i was a kid i loved war machine from the cartoons too and he was so cool in that movie. close second is dr strange 1
Gotta disagree fellas. Incredible Hulk should be low A to high B. It’s a far better movie than Iron Man 2. Iron Man 2 is a horribly boring movie that wasted good villains.
Winter Soldier is the BEST MCU movie, Iron Man 1 and Avengers 3/Iron Man 2 are easily 2nd and 3rd with Black Panther rounding out top 2. Guardians of the Galaxy 1,Thor: Ragnarok and Captain America 1 make a good top 5. Throw in either Deadpool 1or2 for good measure and to add some edge.
Can't fault this list. My personal worst disappointment was Dr strange. 'what if I told you?' there's no comeback from such a crappy line. And Benedict? Why Benedict? You see him coming and you say here comes Benedict. That was the advantage that RDJ had. No baggage. Another Kirby classic that didn't deliver was Eternals. I disagree with you. I think the acting was subpar. Guardians of the galaxy 2. They screwed the pooch when they moved to the next decade for their soundtrack.
I find MOM enjoyable and very rewatchable, but no one else does. I honestly dont understand the hate for it. Its not perfect, but its faaar from worse than 'The Marvels'
Yall have some of the most insane opinions on this that ive ever seen lol. But I do agree the the first Captain America movie, and most people don't. I think the difference is because of a generation gap, but idk
end game has alot of flaws its just that most of the flaws dosnt effect the movie first time travel do i need to say more 2nd what do you do after end game 3rd who is gonne be the suport pillar of the mcu after tony and captain america is gone 4rth you have a weaker villain and his weapon is badly designed 5th you killed of many characters just to immediatly back pedal and revive them but 2 peoples contracts expired so say by by by to cap and iron man which was a huge mistake for later stories
Weirdly enough, Captain America The First Avenger for the most part should be an example of how to properly characterise Superman in live action.

Glad these lads appreciate Ironman 2. Justin Hammer needs to return. Sam Rockwell is so entertaining
I like this list, only objection is ragnarok, I do get why some people rate it low, but it was still a fun watch, and the power showcase of thor was good too at the end.
yeah, def the worst take in this video. Like tell me you didn't understand his significance without telling me LOL
@@Livliving00 😭 ikrr
It’s just hard to take Thors power seriously in hindsight not that Love and Thunder happened
Endgame because made the ultimate sacrifice and made time travel saving every one and iron man my favorite superhero
Yall trippin on killmonger Michael b jordan killed that he was so intimidating yet u could u understand why he is doing what he is doing
Where would you put Deadpool & Wolverine?
Honestly i love this video because you guys aren't scared of saying your honest opinion on these movies, for example my hot take is I don't think the first avengers movie is that good of a movie, i think it is overrated
I like Killmonger in this movie, even though he is not as comic book accurate.
Not sure how I’d rank them tier list wise, but here’s my ranking. Warning! Lots of hot takes. Also I haven’t really rewatched any of these in maybe a year or so.

Finally someone who understands that Ragnarok was not good
As a fan of Sam Raimi, but not his work on Spider-Man, MOM was very much a Sam Raimi movie. I didn't think he would be able to pull off an MCU movie and it was actually better than I thought it would be, but all my favorite parts are Evil Dead like cheese. D
i tried to watch antman and the wasp twice and fell asleep both times
Yooo same😭😭😭
I know this was two months ago, but never rank the MCU again.
This tier list is all wrong except for S tier.

Okay switch Thor 3 and Iron Man 2.
yessir but iron man 2 ain’t that bad😂
Having Captain Marvel at F just proves one thing
im makeing a movie what should it be about
If Thor Love and Thunder was more serious then it could have been a great movie. The villain was great. Jane was really sick and that could have been interesting. But it was so stupid and comedic.
Tier list for MCU Disney+ shows?
I loved Shang Chi, I don’t know about u but to me it’s S
Eternals should be in F tier just because the story is confusing and all the heroes are just dumb
Iron man 3’s great I don’t care, the plane scene where he has to save the attendants is awesome.
My list would be so similar and yet so different
No hate, everyone has their own opinions. But i'd debate circles around you guys
Gotta disagree fellas.
Incredible Hulk should be low A to high B. It’s a far better movie than Iron Man 2.
Iron Man 2 is a horribly boring movie that wasted good villains.
Idk i disagree but you have your own opinions
Winter Soldier is the BEST MCU movie, Iron Man 1 and Avengers 3/Iron Man 2 are easily 2nd and 3rd with Black Panther rounding out top 2. Guardians of the Galaxy 1,Thor: Ragnarok and Captain America 1 make a good top 5. Throw in either Deadpool 1or2 for good measure and to add some edge.
captain america TWS is the second best CBM of all time
Avengers below Iron Man 2 🤣
Can't fault this list.
They screwed the pooch when they moved to the next decade for their soundtrack.
lol I actually fully agree about ragnorock, thought I loved it, rewatched it and could not stand it lol
I find MOM enjoyable and very rewatchable, but no one else does. I honestly dont understand the hate for it. Its not perfect, but its faaar from worse than 'The Marvels'
I know it's subjective but my eyes are seeing so many abysmal opinions 😂
Yall have some of the most insane opinions on this that ive ever seen lol. But I do agree the the first Captain America movie, and most people don't.
I think the difference is because of a generation gap, but idk
The Spiderman trilogy deserves better 😢
The MCU is easily saved.
Whoa! Thomas is Greek? I'm also Greek. My name is Αριστείδης Αρτοποιός.
I kinda like Thor 2 though it’s not great but still
Put Iron Man 2 in S tier where it belongs cowards
18:43 Word….naw but…..I get it…..whatever man. Uncanny X-Men 1991 #1 😅.
Ant man 3 could have been the best movie if they made it as serious as the trailers hyped it up to be . They should have killed ant man at the end
I agree about Tom holland is the best spider
thor is the best the story is so good
end game has alot of flaws its just that most of the flaws dosnt effect the movie
first time travel do i need to say more
2nd what do you do after end game
3rd who is gonne be the suport pillar of the mcu after tony and captain america is gone
4rth you have a weaker villain and his weapon is badly designed
5th you killed of many characters just to immediatly back pedal and revive them but 2 peoples contracts expired so say by by by to cap and iron man which was a huge mistake for later stories
Across the spider verse my fav
Eternals should have been made a tv show
Thor ragnarok is a straight S for me how the hell is that in D?
