These are gorgeous!!! I just wish there was more privacy with the balcony 😁 I wouldn't want to be sitting outside and my neighbor can see me or hop right over. I don't wan to be close to people like that lol

Prices have gone up a lot this year! It’s almost impossible to find apartments in the downtown and uptown Dallas neighborhoods in that price range…you’d have to try suburbs about 30-45 min away

@@saintbridges I've been apartment hunting lately and its like 2000-2800 for minimal luxury in those areas. These two beds are like $3300+
