The teas are such a good idea - Tom's sister has just recently joined our travels and has bought teas over and we love drinking them 🙌 I have bought a little tub of vegemite for my ¨healthy¨ snack from home which also doubles as a comfort food haha. Congrats on finishing your cookbook! Hydration salts and essential oils are great suggestions (I have my eucalyptus with me right now!) I get motionsick now too!
