The following facts are based on complete political research and does not associate me with any political party. 1)CAB is an amendment bill to the Citizenship Act of 1995 .Where in under the provisions listed under sections 3, 4, 5(1) and 5(4) of the Citizenship Act,there are four ways in which Indian citizenship can be acquired: birth, descent, registration and naturalisation. This highlights the fact that the CAB as it is well known is not going to affect the current or the present citizens of India irrespective of wether the citizen belongs to any particular religion, minority ,majority,atheist,Theist,agnostic Group(Article 15-No discrimantion will be made to any citizen of india on the grounds of religion,race,sex,birth place,caste). 2)CAB is a bill that is in continuum to the partition of India.Noted that the British India got divided into two dominion states India and pakistan(west and east)on the basis of 'Religion' and subsequently in 1971 the East pakistan separating from the west as the independent state of Bangladesh. 3)CAB is in continuum to the NRC in Assam that was done to root out the illegal immigrants in the state. 4)The amendment is clearly meant to provide citizenship rights to 6 minorities group(Hindu ,Buddhist,Sikh,Christian,Parsi,Jain)of three states namely Pakistan,Afghanistan and Bangladesh. Thus justifying that the inclusion class is not religious in nature rather minority in Nature. 5)Reason behind selecting only pakistan ,Afghanistan and bangladesh is a) These are countries that have Islam as their state religion unlike India that has no state religion. b)Being Islamic state clearly mentions that these are Muslim Majority countries. c) Minority groups in such countries are being discriminated against their religion and statistics reveal that there has been noteworthy decline in the minority population. A direct resultant of forced religious conversions and other inhumanly and discriminatory actions over the years. Eventhough Sri Lanka and Bhutan are Neighbouring states having buddhism as their state religion but cases such as discrimination on the basis of religion has been minimal in such states when compared to the later and most importantly migrants from both the countries are lesser as in comparision to the vast majority from Bangladesh ,Pakistan and Afghanistan who have fled from their home states on the grounds of religious discrimination and want us to help them .Moreover, several provisions or amendment have been made to the Citizenship act(Nine Amendment as of record) in the past years that were specific in nature to address specific issues like of Sinhalese tamil(Sri Lankan tamil),Indians who were persecuted in the 1972 expulsion of Ugandans of Indian origin, and Indic-origin religious minorities. Under the Indian law, multiple groups that are generally accepted as legal refugees includes Tibetans, Sri Lankan Tamils, 6)The amendment act will also take care of the north eastern states under Article 371 repecting their inner permits along with preserving and protecting the ethics,culture,belief ,population and traditions of the protected tribes. 7)The government is also reluctant that,it will also provide citizenship to any muslim immigrant who's been discriminated and can produce the necessary @t the govt had done in its last tenure providing 566 muslim immigrants citizenship rights. 8) Keeping vote bank and politics aside,Instances such as parsi community that was religiously persecuted from Iran settling in Gujurat of India highlights that India has always opend its gate for people who have been religiously persecuted in their home states. To Conclude the amendment act does not discriminates the right of any present citizen of India rather it will be correct to say, It deals with the minority community of some specific state justifying the reasonable classification and not violating Article 14. Thus no religious discrimination is being done and it will provide or ease the process for those immigrants who were not included in the NRC of Assam due to their liability in producing the legal papers and largely depend on our country for their legal rights. "Where there is love there is life" as said by Mahatma Gandhi, As a human and belonging to a country that stands with unjust. The only humanitarian action that can be taken without compromising National security is to accept these minorities group and provide them with legal citizenship but citizenship should only be offered after a thorough evaluation as it deals with National security and to add on rather than concentrating the mass in one state or some states over India there must be talks with states that are ready and are in position to accept the masses because the addition will not only add to population of a particular state but will also have equal share in in evrything.For instance addition to the Gross food,power,employment,Reservation demand and will also be conducive in worsening the already worsened GDP at the present.

@akhil kumar i also have soft corner for those people ofcourse. Most of the labours who build roads and bridges are them. But the thing is if every other state took equal responsibility in providing shelter to them then i dont think there would have been uprise against this decision. But they are largely concentrating lakhs of them in Assam which is a small state in itself and overpopulated too.

The following facts are based on complete political research and does not associate me with any political party.
1)CAB is an amendment bill to the Citizenship Act of 1995 .Where in under the provisions listed under sections 3, 4, 5(1) and 5(4) of the Citizenship Act,there are four ways in which Indian citizenship can be acquired: birth, descent, registration and naturalisation.
This highlights the fact that the CAB as it is well known is not going to affect the current or the present citizens of India irrespective of wether the citizen belongs to any particular religion, minority ,majority,atheist,Theist,agnostic Group(Article 15-No discrimantion will be made to any citizen of india on the grounds of religion,race,sex,birth place,caste).
2)CAB is a bill that is in continuum to the partition of India.Noted that the British India got divided into two dominion states India and pakistan(west and east)on the basis of 'Religion' and subsequently in 1971 the East pakistan separating from the west as the independent state of Bangladesh.
3)CAB is in continuum to the NRC in Assam that was done to root out the illegal immigrants in the state.
4)The amendment is clearly meant to provide citizenship rights to 6 minorities group(Hindu ,Buddhist,Sikh,Christian,Parsi,Jain)of three states namely Pakistan,Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
Thus justifying that the inclusion class is not religious in nature rather minority in Nature.
5)Reason behind selecting only pakistan ,Afghanistan and bangladesh is
a) These are countries that have Islam as their state religion unlike India that has no state religion.
b)Being Islamic state clearly mentions that these are Muslim Majority countries.
c) Minority groups in such countries are being discriminated against their religion and statistics reveal that there has been noteworthy decline in the minority population. A direct resultant of forced religious conversions and other inhumanly and discriminatory actions over the years.
Eventhough Sri Lanka and Bhutan are Neighbouring states having buddhism as their state religion but cases such as discrimination on the basis of religion has been minimal in such states when compared to the later and most importantly migrants from both the countries are lesser as in comparision to the vast majority from Bangladesh ,Pakistan and Afghanistan who have fled from their home states on the grounds of religious discrimination and want us to help them .Moreover, several provisions or amendment have been made to the Citizenship act(Nine Amendment as of record) in the past years that were specific in nature to address specific issues like of Sinhalese tamil(Sri Lankan tamil),Indians who were persecuted in the 1972 expulsion of Ugandans of Indian origin, and Indic-origin religious minorities.
Under the Indian law, multiple groups that are generally accepted as legal refugees includes Tibetans, Sri Lankan Tamils,
6)The amendment act will also take care of the north eastern states under Article 371 repecting their inner permits along with preserving and protecting the ethics,culture,belief ,population and traditions of the protected tribes.
7)The government is also reluctant that,it will also provide citizenship to any muslim immigrant who's been discriminated and can produce the necessary @t the govt had done in its last tenure providing 566 muslim immigrants citizenship rights.
8) Keeping vote bank and politics aside,Instances such as parsi community that was religiously persecuted from Iran settling in Gujurat of India highlights that India has always opend its gate for people who have been religiously persecuted in their home states.
To Conclude the amendment act does not discriminates the right of any present citizen of India rather it will be correct to say, It deals with the minority community of some specific state justifying the reasonable classification and not violating Article 14. Thus no religious discrimination is being done and it will provide or ease the process for those immigrants who were not included in the NRC of Assam due to their liability in producing the legal papers and largely depend on our country for their legal rights.

The only humanitarian action that can be taken without compromising National security is to accept these minorities group and provide them with legal citizenship but citizenship should only be offered after a thorough evaluation as it deals with National security and to add on rather than concentrating the mass in one state or some states over India there must be talks with states that are ready and are in position to accept the masses because the addition will not only add to population of a particular state but will also have equal share in in evrything.For instance addition to the Gross food,power,employment,Reservation demand and will also be conducive in worsening the already worsened GDP at the present.
the whole conclusion is that for including about 1.9 millions of people in which approx 10 lakh or above are belonging to hindu community shall be given citizenship because of their persecution in that particular country .but for excluding muslim u take the names of muslim majority countries why u don't take tamil hindu who also persecuted in sri lanka .and for ur kind information the HFAC & USRIC issued a notice against amit shah and others 5 leaders for passing it as a discriminatory rule of law and modifying it by taking and taunting "persecution" it is same for all whether it is hindu muslim whatever.we live in a secular country which has some moral values our shia and as well as those who does'nt support any violence muslims also persecuted in pakistan in myanmar in tamil in china in afghanistan only exception is bhutan where its safe in all it's neighbouring countries ........the rule which u r talking about is self contradictory
