I had a buddy back in 2015 who battled cancer. He lost his fight, but he never wanted us to mourn over his death, and wished us to celebrate him entering his next big phase in life. We did as he pleased, and it was magnificent. I met a lot of my strongest friends through that man, and he taught me practically every moral practice I know today. I miss 'im so much sometimes, and this song, combined with its message, really makes me think about him. It's a strong, emotional memory, but a good one.
