I don't understand why everyone thinks Sparkle is a villain, she didn't do anything in the story yet to paint her as such, she actually showed the Trailblazer the truth about the dreamscape pushing us forward toward the truth of Penacony. The way she acts is just how the Masked Fools are, chaotic.

For Myriad Celestia Trailer, she is a Actor, In her Premier, She was Sparkle and her "Show Persona" is the Mask, then in Her 99th Show, She was the Same as the Show Persona, and in her 990th show, She was the Show Persona and the Mask was the Real Sparkle. she became so close with her Acting that she forgot who the real sparkle is.
Oh and for the Monodrama Trailer, did you noticed when the Masks changed? The innocent one was the White Mask, the Red one is maybe Aha, and the Red and White one was the i guess merged one of sparkle and aha
I can say , maybe i m alone with this view, but i think Sparkle is a loved child of the Devs, because they got her so much attention with i think 4 videos in total?, also the Quality of it.. , i m wondering how Acheron will do when she will come.

This is the best character trailer star rail has put out so far period. Ive watched it numerous times on different occassions and in ads and stuff and I never mind seeing it again. Its awesome

Sparkle was an actor that got lost in her role. Kinda like how method actors can mess themselves up trying to live the through the character. Heath Ledger when he played The Joker is an example. But I like your take on Sparkle, at this point in the HSR story Sparkle isn't really a villian but she is a menace. We'll see how the story goes though.

Sparkle is probably going to be a lot like Kurumi Tokisaki was in Date A Live for me - I didn't really like her a whole lot in S1 and didn't get her appeal outside of her looks; she began growing on me a little more in S2 and S3; but then S4 came along where they really went into her backstory and I came out of that with her not only being my favorite character in Date A Live, but one of my favorite girls in all of anime.
And Sparkle has Kurumi Tokisaki energy.
And yes, I drew her... and now I hope I can save back enough to get Acheron. I have two weeks.

Sparkle is aha
I like sparkle as she isn’t good, but you can’t say she is evil because she no longer views things using morality and is more Amoral in nature. The things she does is self indulgence in Elation, it doesn’t matter if it’s good or evil in her eyes as it only matters if she feels that elation.
