Always enjoy the content that you bring to your viewers, Steve. Thank you. You are an excellent host & always ask your guests compelling questions. I have learned a lot from your videos. You have a FANTASTIC voice. Best wishes!😊🙏
Hi Steve. There are a few people, normally press photgraphers, who are witnesses to recent history and whose work, more so than journalists/writers will be remembered by the populace. With that in mind it's a real coup for you to have, Pete Souza, as a guest. The picture you chose is one of the many wonderful images he captured during his time at the White House. I am happy for you that you managed to get one of the photographers from your bucket list of guests on the podcast. Finally, good questions get good answers and you've succeeded, once again, with both of those. Sending good vibes from London. BTW: It would be very interesting hearing you talk to, David Burnett, about his picture of, Al Gore, that he took with a Holga camera.
Hey Colin, Thanks so much for watching, and sharing your thoughts. Pete’s work is something, to me, that elevates above all the other stuff out there. That fact that he so freely shares his knowledge too is just icing on the cake. Cheers!
Well done, Steve! I will typically listen to the podcast version of Behind the Shot, but this was absolutely worth sitting down and taking in some extra screen time. Glad you got one of your bucket lists guests. Pete seems very approachable and low-key, which I am sure helped him blend into the background while he took photos during his assignments. He absolutely knows his craft and I'm glad he shared some of that knowledge and experience with all of us.

Yeah, I still have it on my DVR. Great show.
Well done. By far one of my favorite episodes. Pete is awesome. That photo means a lot to me as an African American 😀👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you so much for watching, and glad you enjoyed it. It’s an important shot but as a nation and as individuals.
