Mam if father has negative blood grup the baby may get chance to being negative group. in that case if mother has positive group how it does not making the incompatability?... Bcoz in the positive mother the neative blood group is different isnt it? ...like rh negative mothers.? How it doesn't making any problem
Here fetus doesn't carries rh antigen, thus no antigen will enter into maternal circulation, so no antibodies will transfer from mother to fetus , thus no incompatibility
