If fetus is rh positive then mother is too rh positive then there is no any problem but either mother is rh positive and fetus is rh negative then fetus doesn't have that much immunity to show reaction with mother's RBC cells

No issues, there are medicines, kindly consult doctor they will suggest you n baby can be positive or negative, It varies, but doesn't matter, with proper treatment healthy baby can be delivered.
High risk can be any condition in pregnancy that may danger the normal condition of mother, so many of them I have covered like ectopic, abortion, APH, Preeclampsia, eclampsia, multiple pregnancy etc., So check all these topics in their respective playlists.
