Finally got to Manor House station today Dean and got my first for runs done after a year in the making. Thanks to yours and Toms videos they inspired me to get back on the bike and get my badge this time round 💪🏻

Now the work starts for you and I am here if you ever need guidance, motivation or support. Try to build to 16 runs a week. But always make sure you know the runs well enough and are calling with fluency and ease.
