    Hi from New Zealand. Im a pilates instructor trained by Michael King UK AND Helen Tardent Pilates Moves in Sydney and Total Gym USA Pilates Master Trainer and love when i find someone teaching pilates so accurately and cueing beautifully its so refreshing. I notice your book and affiliate on Amazon and wondering if this easy to do?

      Hi! Thank you so much -- that's so nice to hear from another instructor. :) As for the book, do you mean if it's easy to self-publish for Kindle? Yes, they do make it pretty straightforward and user-friendly. It's fairly time-consuming the first time (especially formatting), but I remembered enough the second and third time around to make that part of it go faster. Let me know if you have any questions; I'm glad to offer what help I can! :)

    Thanks for the series of Pilates Ring workouts. Nice fuller length ring workouts, even on DVD, are rare. I long forward to new ones. (nice production quality too)

    Generally enjoyed the workout... It might be me doing this in the early morning, but I felt it was a bit rushed.
