- A lunchtime foil session on Strangford Lough, Northern Ireland.
I was overpowered on my 5.3 this session and with a really heavy chop in the Lough, it was a hard job to keep the foil in the water a lot of the time. But with the sun shining and the beautiful scenery I had a great 20 mins on the water.
