Sounds like your QTH has a little power line buzz. I have it real bad at my QTH. I haven't been able to find the source so far. Does the NB on the 718 take it out? My R75 will not. Wonder how good the NB is on the 3000?
Thanks for your comment. No power line noise here but the 718 hass a noisy receiver with minimal filtering. The 3000 has a very low noise floor. I do have a video or two of the 3000 on here somewhere.
